Kutrappirivu-Upcoming Tamil Movie with Srikanth, Prithviraj together
Kutrappirivu is an upcoming Tamil movie directed by Manmohan with Srikanth, Prithviraj, Kamalini Mukherjee, Sanjana in lead roles. The film has been simultaneously made in Telugu titled ‘Police Police’.
The film is produced by Divya Pictures and Green Apple Films. Manisharma’s assistant Vishwa makes his debut as a music director while Selva, once an associate of Peter Hein choreographs action sequences for this film.
Srikanth and Prithviraj will be seen as police officers in the film. The duo enacts the role of police officers embarking a journey of putting an end to flagitious activities of Naxalites.
Last time, we saw Srikanth and Prithviraj together were in K.V. Anand’s debut directorial ‘Kana Kanden’, which happened to be a new-fangled thriller.
Turning lights on this film, director Manmohan has mentioned that there are no similarities between Kaakha Kaakha and his Kutrappirivu apart from the factor that both are cop based stories.
Actor Srikanth’s previous films might not have done yielded favorable results, but the actor is sure about making it big with his upcoming release ‘Kutrappirivu’.

Cop feature Kutrappirivu/Police Police has been made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu has Srikanth and Prithviraj in the lead.
Kutrappirivu revolves around two young officers S.P Ranadhir and D.S.P Ravikanth, both having the thirst for peace in society, but choose entirely different paths to achieve their goals. How they achieve it is the fun of the story.
The film was shot at Warangal, Hyderabad and Puducherry. Through this flick Prithviraj is making debut in Telugu with Srikanth. They acted together in Tamil flick Kana Kandaen, which was Prithviraj’s debut in Tamil. Srikanth is also known as Sriram in Telugu.
Hotties Kamalini Mukharjee and Sanjana are playing heroines in the film.
Others in the cast are Brahmaji, Vikram, Dhandapani, Ahuti Prasad, Prasadbabu, Amit, Giri and others. Editing is by Srikar Prasad. Music by Viswa and Sai Karthik, camera cranked by Bharani K Dharan.
This action entertainer is claimed to be different from all the police films in Telugu. Technicians say that the story and its movement are very attractive with many commercial elements.
Produced by Chandu under the banner of Pinnacle Pictures Pvt. Ltd, the film remained in dark rooms for some time. It is to see the light with the intervention of popular producer Nattikumar. The Chennai distribution right for the Tamil version of Police Police was bought by Sun TV. The flick will grace screens on March 27.

Kutrappirivu/ Police Police audio launched!
Director Manmohan's bilingual Telugu-Tamil cop movie Kutrappirivu (Police Police in Telugu), being simultaneously made with Srikanth (Sriram in Telugu) and Prithviraj in the lead roles, will grace screens soon. The movie will also feature Kamalini Mukherjee (of Vettaiyadu Vilayadu fame) and Sanjana, who made her debut in Kollywood with Kokki.
The audio of Kuttrapirivu was launched recently by director Venkat Prabhu and actor Simbu, while music director Yuvanshankar Raja received the first copy of the audio.
