Mysskin to start Yudham Sei!
Mysskin is unhappy that his Nandalala, is yet to be released by the producers Ayngaran Films! The first copy of the film was ready almost six months back, and Mysskin had held a sneak preview of the film for his friends like Ameer, Cheran, Sasikumar and a few other directors.
All of them appreciated the film, and said that it was an "off-beat experience."
Now that Nandalala is taking more time to hit the theatres, Mysskin has started work on his new film Yudham Sei with Cheran as the hero. The film is likely to roll by August end, as the writer/ director is looking for a producer.
In Yudham Sei, Cheran plays a CBCID officer, investigating a murder. The officer goes all the way to hell before finding that the demon that he is searching for, is an Angel!
The film will be made as an edge of the seat thriller with a twist and will feature Nassar in an important role with all newcomers including a new music director.
Cheran in 'Yudham Sei'
There is a complete change in movie director and Actor Cheran's looks. This director is now acting as a CBI officer in 'Yudham Sei' movie directed by Miskin.
We will have a debutant heroine Deepasha while Yugendran, Y.G.Mahendran and Lakshmi play leading roles. P.C.Sriram's assistant Sathya will be the cinematographer while the movie will be produced by Kalpathi Aghoram.
The movie's initial beginning was a simple one with Director Cheran posing with revolver in his hands. Earlier the audience have witnessed him as a sentimental hero. His looks are terrific and sharp. The hero has learnt Karate too.
Earlier grapevine had it that Kamal Haasan met director Mysskin and asked him to direct his next film with Kamal for Raj Kamal International.
The latest we hear is that the Kamal-Mysskin discussions has turned fruitful. Mysskin who is fresh after doing ‘Nandalala’ was planning to cast in Cheran for his next film titled ‘Yudham Sei’. In ‘Yudham Sei’, Cheran was supposed play a CBCID officer, investigating a murder.
He dropped the plan of taking the film further, but he feels that ‘Yudham Sei’ will be an apt title for the project with Kamal. If the same title can suit this Kamal starrer, then will it be some kind of an action or a revolution based story?
The duo has discussed about the script, but did not plan about the production house. Phew…there are a lot of things to be confirmed about the movie, lets wait and watch!
Cheran's 'action role' in Myshkin's film
Director-turned-actor Cheran, known for meaningful efforts as a director and actor, has now decided to tread in a new path.
He is all set to play an action hero for the first time in director Myshkin’s ‘Yudhdham Sei’, which was launched in the city during this week.
Like Cheran, Myshkin too is attempting a comeback of sorts after his much-awaited ‘Nandalala’ (in which he has played the lead role) hasn’t yet hit the silver screen despite having been completed a long time back. The launch of the film was well-attended by many Kollywood bigwigs.
Deepa Shah, the pretty girl from North India debuts as heroine while Sathya debuts as the cinematographer in this film. ‘Yudhdham Sei’, produced by Kalpathi Agoram’s A.G.S. Entertainment, would also witness another debutant in music director Kay.
A.R.Rahman, Kamal, Myskin Combo
Double Oscar winner, music Mozart A.R.Rahman has agreed to compose music for Ulaga Nayakan Kamala Hassan’s periodic film in Tamil titled “Yuddham Sei” in the direction of Myskin.
